Investing in mental health apps, wellbeing programs, mindfulness , leadership and resilience training should be supplementary to the 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
