Be patient with progress. Don’t judge or label a child by a behavior. Don’t punish, have a conversation and show a substitute behavior, instead.

You can’t control the weather and the new challenges that arise every day. You can only prepare for it by anticipating change, being curious, and open to listen and adapt.

Check your #energy, purpose, attitude, and embody mindfulness every day. Kids observe that energy and they mirror your attitude and teaching. 

Being an educator is one of the most challenging and least materialistically rewarded jobs! No one will pat you on the back or give you a reward for trying hard. You need to find your intrinsic motivation and the most rewarding thing is when you witness the seeds grow. 🌾 And you marvel at the beautiful 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.
